During this time period, there is a quickening happening for the collective to wake up. Many ask me what I mean by "waking up." In my experience and what I am seeing in the collective, is this is the time of The Great Awakening. Not only have people been waking up by recognizing the higher power in our lives and in the lives of the collective, it's waking up to who we have been and realizing what's been right under our noses for eons. It's about truth coming to the surface, in physical reality, no matter if one wants it to be true or not.
Awakening can lead to asking the hard questions such as, "Why have I behaved in such a manner?" "Why do I believe this and not that?" "What are my beliefs?" "Why do/did I accept the kind of treatment from someone else?" "Why do I treat myself in such a way?" "Why is such-and-such no longer working for me?" "Why am I triggered by ___?" When we can answer these questions truthfully, we can begin to see our own power and how our beliefs and behaviors have shaped our physical reality. It's about getting REAL. No more fantasyland. No more playing the victim in our lives. No more blaming. Accepting the TRUTH without resistance. It is from this set-point where change can begin in our lives and we can come out of being in a holding pattern of a victimhood mentality.
With all that said, when one is surrounded by those with the victimhood mentality, it is important to have compassion for those narratives for they have shaped that person in who they are today. However, it is not advisable to enable the narrative but to offer love and a silent ear. Having patience and compassion for others' suffering can help transcend this state of being, however, healing happens by the self when one is ready to see one's own limitations one has placed on one's self.
Diving deep within is the work I facilitate. QHHT, mentoring, mindfulness, are a few tools one can use to quicken your awakening process where appropriate.
