In human relationships, conflicts and challenges are inevitable. From personal relationships to professional endeavors, we often find ourselves entangled in situations that test our patience, understanding, and resilience. It's natural to seek solutions, to yearn for healing, but what if the very obstacle standing in the way of our recovery is our reluctance to accept our role in the problem?
The Power of Self-Reflection:
Embracing healing means acknowledging our own shortcomings and contributions to the issues at hand. Self-reflection is the mirror that reflects our actions, attitudes, and decisions. By shying away from this reflection, we deny ourselves the opportunity for genuine growth and resolution. The refusal to accept responsibility not only prolongs the pain but also hampers the healing process significantly.
The Paradox of Blame:
Blaming external factors might provide temporary relief to our bruised egos, but it is a short-lived comfort. The truth remains: true healing begins when we accept our flaws and work towards rectifying them. By holding ourselves accountable, we open the door to empathy, understanding, and forgiveness, not only from others but also from within.
Breaking the Cycle:
One of the fundamental reasons for delayed healing is the perpetuation of negative patterns. When we refuse to acknowledge our part in the problem, we inadvertently repeat the same mistakes. By embracing our accountability, we break this cycle, paving the way for healthier relationships and fostering personal development.
Building Stronger Connections:
In personal relationships, the ability to admit our mistakes and apologize sincerely strengthens the bond. It creates an atmosphere of trust and understanding, essential ingredients for any healthy relationship. In professional settings, acknowledging our role in a problem demonstrates leadership and integrity, earning the respect of colleagues and superiors alike.
Accepting responsibility requires courage. It demands that we confront our own vulnerabilities and imperfections. However, it is in this vulnerability that we find our true strength. By embracing our flaws, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and others, leading to profound personal growth and emotional resilience.
The Role of Forgiveness:
Acknowledging our faults is the first step; seeking forgiveness, both from others and ourselves, is the next. Forgiveness is a powerful catalyst for healing. By apologizing sincerely and making amends, we not only heal the wounds we've caused but also inspire others to do the same, creating a ripple effect of positive change.
Since we are the creators of our reality, acknowledging our role in the problem is the thread that stitches together broken pieces, weaving a story of resilience, growth, and healing. Let us embrace our accountability, for it is the cornerstone upon which genuine healing and personal evolution are built. By accepting ourselves as part of the problem, we pave the way for a brighter, more harmonious future, both within ourselves and in our interactions with the world.

The principle that everything is energy isn’t some new-age concept. Science has proven that energy is the foundation of all matter. The same energy that fuels your body courses through the walls of your dwelling, the Spring blossoms, and the sea. Energy is not limited to physical matter; electromagnetic life force also imbues thoughts and feelings! The universal network of life force frequency connects all creation and the intentions and emotions that manifest it.
You may ask, if everything is energy, what differentiates me from the family pet or the car in the driveway? What separates you from the birds, the trees, or your next-door neighbor are the composition of your molecules and the frequency at which they vibrate. Some molecules have a high vibration or fast frequency, and some molecules have a low vibration or slower frequency.
Our physical and subtle bodies have varying electromagnetic waves which vibrate continuously. While we are often encouraged to be high vibrational and avoid people, places, thoughts, or emotions that are low vibrational, low vibrations aren’t intrinsically bad, and high vibrations aren’t inherently good. For example, nature has a lower vibration than spirit or soul, but by grounding ourselves to the slower or lower frequency of the earth, we can better access the world of Spirit.
Why do we put so much importance on maintaining a high vibration? Because the energy field of your subtle body is intended to be high, closer to the higher self, which is your personal ideal. Higher is, therefore, better because it is optimal for humankind.
Lifting our vibration and raising our vibration creates change on the cellular level, thereby improving our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health because we are letting go of all we are not and becoming more aligned with whom we are meant to be.
The Healing Power of a High Vibration
As we have established, as spiritual beings having a human experience, our optimal frequency should be closer to Spirit and farther from the temporality of the material world. As such, our vibration becomes low when we hold on to what we are not, and we begin to feel sadder, weaker, more ill at ease, hopeless, and helpless. And when we release energies that weigh us down, it is only natural that we will feel happier, healthier, more peaceful, and more hopeful.
A high or optimal vibrational also allows us to rise above the chaos, confusion, and limitations of the physical world to find greater alignment with our higher purpose, self-actualize, and manifest our needs and desires.
What Does a High Vibration Make Possible?
Once we reach our optimal frequency, we quickly identify when our vibration is low, balanced, or high. This enables us to recognize what lowers our vibration, what matches it, and what lifts it. For example, we all know that one person seems to suck the air from the room as soon as they enter, causing you to feel depleted as soon as you see them. Conversely, have you noticed that a particular activity, like going for a long walk or taking a hot bath, instantly makes you feel lighter and puts you at ease? Or have you met someone and felt an instant comfort and emotional connection? These are all instances of your spirit speaking to you about what lowers, raises, and matches your vibration.
Sovereignty starts by achieving your optimal vibration and taking accountability for your emotions. When we are more emotionally and vibrationally aware, we can better assume responsibility for ourselves and our experiences.
Think of the friend constantly bemoaning others for making them feel angry or unlovable, or the family member who falls head over heels whenever they meet a new romantic partner, saying things like, I can’t live without her, or he is my everything. These people have lost sight of themselves as the locus of their own lives and the creator of their own experiences, lowering their vibration.
An optimal frequency naturally lends itself to emotional balance. Learning to acknowledge, accept, and process your emotions is essential for maintaining a high vibration because emotions reflect how you have grown and how you may still need to recognize, release, and heal.
We can manifest anything we want if we match the vibration of our desires. With a low vibration, we attract circumstances that lower our frequency. For instance, if you are focused on feelings of loneliness and lack, you will naturally attract more people and events that make you feel lonely and lacking.
If, on the other hand, you are alone and don’t have the prosperity you desire, and you focus on raising your vibration by embodying the warmth and happiness of love and the ease and gratitude of abundance, you will attract what you need and desire because thoughts and emotions have their own frequencies and good or bad, like attracts like. So, keep that vibration high!
The Collective Vibration
As a collective, the same principles apply. The results would be miraculous if we came together as a global collective and united in our mission to raise our vibration. We would not only find alignment with our own higher purpose but our purpose as a collective, alignment with what is communally beneficial.
We could learn to find emotional balance and harmony across humankind, where we would connect through lovingkindness and compassion. It would no longer be us versus them and the victims versus the villains; we would each take accountability for ourselves and the general good.
Finally, we could manifest the social, spiritual, and environmental healing we all desire. A collective with a high vibration can manifest a modern utopia, absent hate, war, or destruction.
But thankfully, we don’t have to wait until humankind unites. All it takes is a few of us to manifest a few more, and slowly like ripples on the water, we shift the vibration until we create a new reality and, ultimately, a new world.
Creating our Reality
Abraham Hicks said, “as you think, you vibrate. As you vibrate, you attract.” And it is really that simple! By changing your thoughts and governing your emotions, you can elevate to your optimal frequency, achieving better mood, health, relationships, and higher goals. But first, you must
You must take accountability for your life and outcomes, good or bad because only you have the power to change them. You must believe that by Divine design, you have the sovereign authority to create the reality you desire. And you must trust in universal law and order and that the energy you put forth will result in the manifestation you achieve.
How to Raise & Maintain Your Vibration
What is good for your body is also beneficial for your vibe! Eating more unprocessed food and less junk, drinking more water and less alcohol, prioritizing sleep over devices, and moving more and lounging less can all contribute to a higher vibration. Of course, you may also want to incorporate crystals, essential oil, yoga, or Qi Jong, but getting the basics right is fundamental.
In the same way, you need to be mindful of what your body consumes; you must be aware of what your brain consumes. Avoid entertainment that brings you down with a lot of violence or depressing themes. Try to listen to podcasts and read books that uplift and inform. Limit your time with people who like to complain, gossip, or use hateful rhetoric. Finally, it is vital that you monitor your thoughts and find healing ways to curtail negative ruminations and negative self-talk. Your mind is a garden, prune the weeds and water what you want to grow!
Three words gratitude, generosity, and compassion! It isn’t a surprise that being entitled, stingy, and selfish is a vibe killer! To nourish your emotional self, you should do what intrinsically makes you feel good; you can start a gratitude journal, list the gifts or aptitudes you can share, and read up on active listening. If you make others feel good in a healthy way by honoring your highest good and theirs alike, then you can raise your vibration and help someone lift theirs as well.
Spirituality is very individual. A walk in the woods may feel deeply spiritual to some, while journaling or shuffling oracle cards may be the way others commune with Spirit. What is most essential is finding time to silence the “monkey mind” and breathe into spaciousness and peace. By clearing and quieting the mind, you can release all you are not and create space for all you are. Practice the art of being and watch your vibration soar!
Creating the Ultimate Reality
A higher vibration begins by practicing the Universal Law of Attraction, which will help you gain a profound respect for your creator power. This will cultivate an understanding of how your energy influences your reality, allowing you to embrace the Law of Correspondence, which stipulates that your external circumstances reflect your inner experience. This is when you awaken to realize that if you are misaligned with the lovingkindness, compassion, and harmony of the universe, your life will be in a state of disharmony, alienation, and apathy. When you embrace the unconditional love and unity of the universe, your vibration will rise, and you will thrive.
And this is the definitive path to honoring the Law of Divine Oneness, which states that all energy is connected to the Divine Source frequency of the universe, meaning we are all one being; To treat oneself with compassion is to treat all others with compassion, and to treat all others with kindness is to treat oneself with kindness. And a world whose populace vibrates in alignment with this law has reached the absolute reality, the ascended dimension.

There can be a lot of confusion about the human energy system, or it is sometimes completely overlooked. However, just as it is essential to understand the brain, organ system, or musculature system to promote health and wellbeing, so too must we be able to grasp our energetic inner workings.
The Physical Plane - The Etheric Body
The etheric body is a vessel that carries us through and interacts with our life experiences. This is the plane that we associate with our humanity and personhood. The Etheric Body is both influenced and influences the Astral and Causal bodies or the Emotional and Mental Body, respectively.
The Etheric Body's principal components are the nadis, chakras, and the aura.
The Nadis - The pulse, blood vessel, or pipe in Sanskrit, nadir carry vital life force energy to the chakras, like an electric plug or cord. There are 3 primary nadis; unblocking them and achieving perfect energy flow contribute to liberty and ascension.
The Chakras - Wheel or disk in Sanskrit, a chakra is an energy center that is both fed and feeds the nadir, keeping Prana flowing through the Etheric Body, like the motor of an electric car, it charges its own battery, but also needs to be plugged in for an added boost.
The Aura - The residual energy that the Etheric Body casts off creates an electromagnetic field that is the first auric layer. This layer only extends about an inch or two from the physical body.
The Emotional Plane - The Astral Body
As discussed, the emotional plane is both influenced and influences the mental and physical planes. It is why stress causes tension headaches and indigestion, or depression and anxiety change the chemistry of our brains. Dis-ease across one energetic Body can cause contagion across all three! This is why wholistic healing is integral.
The Astral Body's principal components are the chakras and the aura.
The Chakras - In the Etheric Body, the chakras facilitate our corporeal experience. In the Astral Body, the chakras facilitate our emotional experience. 7 primary Astral chakras keep our emotional energy flowing and balanced. The healthy flow of these energy centers allows us to process and fully experience our emotions.
The Aura - The Astral aura extends 12-24 inches beyond the body. It is the energy field people refer to when discussing reading, shielding, and strengthening the aura. It is our protective and personal energy field. the aura is a source of energy for your chakras yet is also fed by the chakras' frequencies.
The Mental Plane - The Causal Body
The Causal Body or Mental Plane is further divided into the Mental Sub-Plane and the Causal Sub-Plane. One could define the distinction as cognitive function vs. higher consciousness. It is also differentiated by what the sub-planes generate. The Mental Body's output is tangible or quantifiable, like a heart rate or an I.Q. test. whereas the Causal body's output is intangible or metaphysical.
Again, the Mental Plane is both influenced and influences the Physical and Emotional Planes. This is why anxiety can cause palpitations or thinking of a departed loved once can make us feel sad.
Cells & Structures - Orchestrating the delicate balance between bodily systems, this level of functioning is what informs our cardiovascular system, circadian rhythms, metabolism and more. It is also how a cell knows it is a part of the earlobe and not grey matter or a fingertip.
Concrete Intellect - Responsible for your higher-cognitive functioning such as memory, problem-solving, concentration, and conceptualization. It is the part of the brain that follows a recipe, performs algebra, and conceives innovative business ideas and artistic concepts for creative explorations.
Higher Mind - Like the concrete intellect, the Higher Mind is the source of conceptualization and creativity, but to the nth degree! It is where great ideas are formed. Prolific thinkers like Leonardo DiVinci, Marie Curie, and Einstein spend their lifetimes uncovering the gems of the Higher Mind.
Karmic Load - We generate karma for every thought, word, and act. In rudimentary terms, the good we create and the healing we achieve are credit. Whereas the harm we cause or stagnation we allow are debt. Their sum is our karmic load. Karmic load is why we are accountable for balancing from previous lifetimes.
By accessing and healing karmic debt, we can clear the energy in the Astral and Etheric Bodies, fostering wellbeing and furthering ascension. Keep in mind we are not canceling the karmic load. By accessing it through QHHT, for instance, we learn from it and evolve beyond it. It is my understanding, from the teachings of Dolores Cannon, that the current generation and subsequent generations are given opportunity to erase it for ascension purposes to New Earth.
Belief Systems - the beliefs formed on the Causal Sub Plane permeate our Causal, Astral, and Etheric bodies. They are the cumulation of our experiences and affect what experiences we seek moving forward. When left in unawareness, they can create toxic patterns that perpetuate victimhood, abusive tendencies, and addiction. This is due to attracting and manifesting circumstances that sustain the ego-based self-image for better or for worse.
For example, if we believe we are sickly, unintelligent, or emotionally damaged, we will manifest people and events that perpetuate this belief. It's essential to recognize that these beliefs can be planted by a parent, teacher, spouse, etc. They don't have to begin with us to grow roots. Of course, we are free to pluck these weeds whenever we are ready.
Soul Light - The soul cannot be found in the Etheric, Astral Bodies, or Mental Sub-Plane of the Causal Body. It can be accessed through the Causal Sub-Plane. As such, we maintain some level of autonomy from the soul. The Soul Light is the light of the eternal soul or psyche and, in turn, carries a level of sovereignty from us.
The soul is an infinite entity, existing throughout all of our lifetimes, meaning we have much to learn from it. Interestingly, the soul also evolves based on the life experiences we seek and navigate, carrying the wisdom into the next lifetime.
We could think of it as a hard drive that connects to a computer. The computer can download from the drive, and the drive can upload from the computer. Yet, both maintain individuality, and the hard drive can be carried from device to device or lifetime to lifetime.
"The soul is not ruled by time or space. It is infinite..." And yet, you have the power to shape it. Wield this power with the total awareness of who you are on every plane, in every Body.

Free will is a divine gift that endows each and every one of us with our own inner divinity. While a great endowment, the freedom to choose means every day we must choose between conscious and unconscious acts, positive vibrations and negative, right and wrong.
Inevitably, some people will choose unconscious or willfully hurtful behavior, leaving you feeling hurt, betrayed, angered, or disappointed. Since free will is their divine birthright, you can do nothing to change them or their hurtful actions.
Don’t be mistaken! This does not mean you have no power and are left with no recourse. You have the same birthright of choice. Whether these painful circumstances were pre-destined, to help you learn and grow, or they are weaponized use of someone else’s free will, you get to decide whether you will build a staircase to ascension on them or let them drag you down like an anchor in a sea of emotions.
Though not the easiest path, the most constructive is to choose to cast off the mantle of victimhood and don the armor of victory. However, understand when you remain the victim, you are just as responsible for your path as choosing to be a victor. The hurt, helplessness, disempowerment of people who refuse to take responsibility for their own healing is their burden to carry. While it may seem like an injustice, there comes the point when the person who wounded them is no longer held accountable for the impact on the injured person’s life path.
The Road to Healing
If you choose to take back your power, bravo! Although it may be challenging spiritual work, you are more than capable of realigning yourself with your path and purpose. Keeping in mind that healing looks different for everyone, the following guide may help shape your journey of empowerment.
The first step in your healing journey is to accept that the other person may never acknowledge they’ve done anything wrong. Accepting that painful truth is essential because it gives you back your power. If you can’t rely on them to right the wrongs, you will seek your own resolution.
In the “light and love” society we live in, there tends to be a lot of spiritual and emotional bypassing. You must give yourself permission to feel all your feelings, including anger. It is only by facing your hurt that you will be able to release it- you can’t clean out the basement without unpacking it first!
Once you have explored your pain, there is no need to linger there. Focus on the present. That is where your healing takes place, after all. You may want to come up with a healing affirmation to reorient you to your present and purpose, such as “I am present, I am powerful, I am progressing” or any other easy-to-remember positive declarations.
Above all, be gentle with yourself! Perhaps you will find release in journaling, discussing (not dumping!) the events with a trusted friend or counselor, or seeking therapies like QHHT to dive deeper into the wisdom underlying your pain. Treat yourself like a dear friend, showing yourself compassion because we are all works in progress.
Remember, “you can be a work in progress and a masterpiece simultaneously!”

The late great Dolores Cannon used to ask her ailing clients, "are you willing to give up what is making you sick?" She would ask this question in the wake of a QHHT® hypnosis session. While this question may seem harsh to some, it's simplicity gives rise to our own empowerment as more of us awaken to our responsibility tending to our thoughts, actions and emotions that block us and make our lives...well..."sick."
The majority of the people in the world are living mechanical lives based on social conditionings and false beliefs instilled in us since childhood and beyond.
Our inharmonious thoughts and feelings, our desires and our compulsive behaviors create major blocks which densify our bodies and lower our vibrational frequency so that we become vulnerable to the negativity (or our created negative energy) around us. Consequently, individuals attract situations and people of similar energies based on the cosmic principle of "like attracts like."
Mental blocks are nothing but dark energies stagnated in our consciousness over long periods of time. These blocks can unconsciously be held within parts of our bodies, too. When we cling to our negativity and appropriate our woes and sadness, we unwittingly trap them into our subconscious being, where they gradually crystallize into mental, physical and emotional blocks that affect us adversely at all levels. These blocks obstruct the divine flow of energy into our being and can shift us out of alignment with our Source, so that all our thoughts and emotions are tainted with pessimism.
Our conscious-awareness is a sentry that guards our thoughts and feelings from straying away from the Source Light of Love and Peace. When some outside situation provokes us to anger, fear, hatred and the like, we must be aware of our emotions and our inner dialogue that expresses those emotions. It's important for us to be in control of our emotions before they overwhelm us.
How to take control? Take a pause, watch your negative emotions as a passive spectator. Acknowledge each emotion that comes up, with: I am feeling "anger"...or I am feeling "fear" and so on. Observe your emotions without allowing them to ruffle your feelings. Your quiet vigilance prevents the discordant emotions to take possession of your heart, mind, even your body, and keeps them under control. Do not be tempted to resist and analyze them or reason with them, but simply be with them until they subdue and dissolve into stillness.
With the power of presence we can get rid ourselves of mental/emotional blocks and choose to lead a wholesome life, free from the compulsions of our negative thoughts.
It's helpful to challenge our fears that pose as obstructions to our success and well-being, and dare to break free from our comfort zone for a more enterprising life. Know that fears are illusory by nature, and appear real only as long as we give it our energy to dominate over us. Fears enfeeble the mind and cripple the spirit.
Similarly, it helps to be conscious of our mental activity at any given time. It is typical of the mind to drift off to its shady haunts of dismal memories, bringing with it the dark remnants of pain and sorrow which cloud our present moment of sunshine and happiness and steep us into our own misery. Your conscious-awareness repels untoward thought, allowing only those which are in keeping with our health and well-being.
When you catch yourself drifting down the bleak memory-lane, stop your thoughts right dead in their tracks and immediately replace it with that which uplifts your spirit and evokes joy in your heart. If the thought hangs on, I affirm, "I nullify this thought so that it does not enter into my subjective mind." It is helpful to engage in constructive activities that are instrumental in increasing mental cheerfulness and better concentration.
Life is not meant to be taken so seriously. If we learn to laugh in the face of our trials and tribulations, we can understand that hardships are merely the lessons of life that we need to go through for our own spiritual progress. These are transient - here, one minute and gone the next.
If we refuse to internalize other people's aggressive behavior towards us, we rise to the understanding it is nothing personal - it is just their way of releasing their inner turmoil and pent-up frustrations.
So, go ahead and dare to laugh when ordeals compel you to cry; dare to love and forgive your enemies when they provoke you to anger and hatred; dare to be resilient when the blows of life bear down on you so that you are able to bounce back good and strong once they are through with you; dare to remain anchored in the Light of Peace when fears threaten to close in on you and jeopardize your happiness.
Shadows and sunshine are a part of one's spiritual journey. You have to allow yourself to move on and enjoy the ride. Keep moving onward and upward, and look forward to new changes that bring with them surprises and opportunities.
Cast burdens onto your Higher Power and live free like a child who is filled with hope and wonderment. Find joys in the simple things in life. A happy heart is a healthy heart. Afflictions and maladies can cease to exist in a body that resonates with true peace and joy.
Though easier said than done, practicing presence and vigilance over our hearts and minds requires persistent effort and a sense of responsibility on our parts. It is a pre-requisite in order to gain mastery over self and to live by the power of our souls so that we become a source of attraction for Universal Peace, Abundance, Health, and Prosperity.

Hearing ringing in your ears of late? Did you know this is a form of clairaudience? For those of you who do not know what the word clairaudient means, it is the faculty of perceiving, by hearing, what is inaudible.
What is happening in our world, as many of you are moving up the ascension ladder from a 3 dimensional reality to a 4 and 5 dimensional reality, is the light forces and the dark forces are using psychic toning to either help or to hinder our soul's enlightenment to truth. Psychic toning is something we really want to be aware of and to pay attention to. If you have been on the spiritual path, releasing false beliefs and releasing all dark emotions that weigh you down and entering into your own light of truth, you may be noticing various tones from very high to low. Some tones are high and some are not. The ringing may last for long periods of time or they may come in shorter duration.
Those who are not spiritually awakening either may not notice this phenomena or they may notice low vibrational frequencies only.
The important thing to notice is how they make you FEEL. Noticing and acknowledging the toning is very important. Why? Because they are asking you to pay attention to your emotions, how you feel, at the time you notice the tones and their shifting frequencies. Some tones will make you feel happy and some will make you feel agitated, angry, sad (the emotions of the darkness within.)
What is happening is something is vying for your attention. Do not feel fearful about this. You have control over the tones you hear, whether you want to hear them at all. If you like them, fine. If you don't, that's fine too. But, if you are hearing them and you find your moods swinging too much or the tones are too strong, ask your Angels and Guides or your Higher Self, of the highest order for the highest good, to tone it down. Tell them if the tones are too loud or too intense. You will begin to notice the difference as your prayer is answered.
In my experience, higher tones tend to make me feel better. My Guidance tells me that when this is happening, I'm receiving delivery of upgrades to my frequency, light codes, and my DNA. Therefore, I accept them, with gratitude, to the Angels, Guides, and Masters.
For me, when I am hearing the really high tonal frequencies, someone is saying or thinking something very positive about me. Conversely, when I hear the low tones, depending on how loud they are determines just how loud someone is talking about me. So, if someone is really angry or upset with me, in some way, I will hear it in a low tone and their essence will be made known to me. If they are really, really projecting anger toward me, the tonal frequency becomes so intense that I know I have to spiritually protect myself from psychic attack.
I've learned through these negative experiences of tonal frequencies that I am in control of this and that I do not need to know who is reacting negatively to me. It's none of my business what others think. Remembering that our world is a free-will zone, I am given the advance notice to make the choice to stay in a positive frame of mind or to react negatively. When we react positively and centered in the neutrality of love, we are staying in a higher frequency (in the 4D and the 5D reality.) When our emotions react negatively, there are dark forces that feed on and harvest the negative energy of that emotion and it is spread out among us. We get to choose.
