I have been having a ton of past life memories as well as this life memories of non-human interactions dating back from childhood and since I had I believe ascended not having an NDE like I originally thought. I've been given permission to start breaking the silence I vowed to keep in 1985 and am doing my best to learn exactly how to share the information I am now allowed to speak of when what I have to share is non-human communicated! I'm finding myself very grateful for Quantum Science though, because it helps me better relate to "where" I think I was in 1985, I think I was actually in the veil where frequency becomes matter, that seems to resonate with me. I am very very aware of SO much past life experiences that are releasing trauma stuck in this life's body and QiGong and Dr Joe Disenza's work has been invaluable, as well as Sukie Baxter's somatic meditations based on Polyvagal Theory. I do my best to allow the info to settle into my body and release it in human and not get frustrated. However, when I notice someone starting to gain understanding I notice myself get excited and over share. Balance and staying grounded in 3D while accessing the non-3D data within me and such is a challenge and sometimes I find myself very imbalanced in 3D emotionally and the regulation of emotion and being in my body is like I saw on your Facebook post, sometimes I have to have complete non-action and numbing activity, like a stupid show that isn't teaching me something. My goal is to one day book a session. I"m currently a student and will do my best to get the abundance of money manifested to see you. Much appreciation for you and all you do. I just found you through Faceobok after watching a Gaia show from one of the women that worked with Delores Cannon. I followed her and you popped up and here I am reading your blog!
